Working, aside from an intermittent issue whereby the "clean out airways" indicator lights up and thus stops the drying cycle. Once the dryer is restarted (hence the indicator is reset), drying can recommence. I have researched this on the internet, and apparently you can press various buttons on the control panel in a certain sequence in order to make the airways sensor less sensitive, hence proving no issue to the drying cycle. However, I am not a technical person, and have therefore been unable to resolve this myself. In addition, since downsizing in property, the dryer has become surplus to requirements in any case. Would be a bargain for someone with the relevant level of expertise to remedy the aforementioned issue. From researching on the internet, this appears to be a common issue with Miele dryers of this age, however is not beyond the realms of remedy. The dryer has been in storage for some time, although has been recently powered on to ensure it still works. Once the issue has been rectified, this top quality brand dryer should prove a reliable and efficient workhorse. Would recommend more than one person attend collection, due to size and weight of item. A suitably sized vehicle will also be required - the size of the dryer is commensurate with the size of an average washing machine. From a smoke and pet free home.
